Welcome to Our Way Home This is a comm where people who missed the original broadcast of Star Trek: Voyager are getting together to watch the show. We'll watch some tv, have some laughs, it's all good.
So, if you never watched the show to begin with, or you're an old hand who wants to rediscover the joys of being hopelessly lost in the cold, unforgiving reaches of space feel free to join in.
Since the Internet is a global medium, and we are all subject to the whims of our various cable providers, we're not doing this in any sort of order. You catch an episode one night and want to talk about it? Go ahead, we'll catch up.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you use a Voyager-related icon to post to the community, but much like the Pirates' Code, it's just a guideline, really, especially for Free users.
Still... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
You don't need to spoiler-cut anything, this show is a million years old.
However, if you're the type that can go on for days about the subtle nuances of the Paris/Torres relationship, or if you feel you just have to post your thoughts on how Borg technology integrates with the ship's warp core for the love of god, cut for length!
Swearing is fucking well permitted. Put on your big girl panties and deal with it.
Since this is the Internet and everyone's a gossipy bitch on the web, news about the actors is fine, provided it isn't taken to extremes. For example:
Tim Russ has a new album out = DO WANT
Kate Mulgrew has switched from mint tea with breakfast to chamomile = DO NOT WANT
Just generally try not to be a dink.
One Last Thing... The Official Ship of Our Way Home is Janeway/Janeway.
And, yes, I'm serious. Inquire within, if you're curious.
